By accessing or using the ThoughtYogi platform and its products, including ThoughtYogi, WealthOptics, IsoLiteDB, and MadhwaTech ("the Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

The Services are privacy-first software products built by ThoughtYogi for individuals, families, developers, and organisations. Features and availability may change over time, and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services with or without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThoughtYogi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You may stop using the Services at any time and delete your account as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the safety and security of the Services and other users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
